String beans with breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of yellow string beans
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper as required
  • String beans with breadcrumbs

Wash the beans and cut off the ends. Cook in steam. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the breadcrumbs, brown. Put the beans on a plate, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and season as required.
