Pasta salad with tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, olives and feta
Ingredients (4 servings):
320 g of fusilli pasta
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 medium-sized cucumber
2 tomatoes
200 g of feta cheese
100 g of green olives
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper as required
fresh basil to garnish
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain, then pour on the olive oil and add a crushed garlic clove. Stir well. Set aside to cool.
Add the diced peppers, cucumber and tomatoes to the pasta. Add the sliced olives and crumbled feta cheese. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Stir everything together. Serve the salad garnished with basil.
